First, the equipment requirements are high: the traditional rolling process needs to use a continuous multi-roll rolling machine in order to control the difference between the same plates; second, for the pure tungsten foil with a thickness of less than 0.08mm, the quality of the products produced by the traditional process is poor, and it is difficult to It meets the requirements of CT machine; third, the rolling deformation of pure tungsten is about 35%, and excessive deformation can easily lead to defects such as delamination and peeling; fourth, when rolling with large deformation, multiple annealing is required, which increases the number of passes through the furnace. The number of times, the energy consumption is large, and the production cycle is long. Therefore, a new preparation method will be introduced below, which can manufacture a high-flatness pure tungsten metal sheet. The specific steps are as follows:

The pure tungsten metal plate with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.4 mm is put into a preheating rolling mill for warm rolling. The amount is 30%; the pure tungsten metal plate after rolling is equally divided along the length direction, and then stacked along the thickness direction after the equalization; the subsequent warm rolling is carried out by the double-layer stacking feeding method, and the pure tungsten metal plate is rolled on the rolling mill. Roll until the thickness of the single piece meets the thickness requirements. Note: The diameter of the working stick of the rolling machine is 40-100 mm, and the convexity of the working stick of the rolling machine is 0.01 to 0.1 mm.
