Cast iron concept: It is a general term for alloys mainly composed of iron, carbon and silicon. The chemical composition is generally: C (2.5%-4.0%), Si (1.0%-3.0%), P (0.4%-1.5%), S (0.02%-2%). When the carbon content is high, the plasticity is poor, the structure is uneven, and the weldability is not good. According to the different production components, cast iron can be divided into gray cast iron, ductile cast iron and malleable cast iron. The technological process is: mixing→vacuum drying→press forming→pre-burning degreasing→processing and forming→vacuum sintering→quality inspection→rough product→follow-up processing (oil immersion, machining, heat treatment, electroplating, rolling, forging, etc.)→ Refined products → product out of warehouse.
