October 2017 National Tungsten Import and Export Data of China

Recently, according to the statistics of China Customs, the data of the national tungsten products import and export in October 2017 are as follows:

China's tungsten ore imports in October 2017 were 453 tons, down 8.9% from 497.251 tons in September 2017 and 43.11% up from 316.459 tons in September 2016. January-October 2017 China's tungsten ore imports totaled 2762.57 tons, down 30.84% from 3994.298 tons in January-October 2016.

October 2017 China APT exports of ammonium paratungstate 236 tonnes, down 3.67% from 245 tonnes in September 2017, down 22.8% from 305.715 tonnes in October 2016. From January to October 2017, China's APT exports totaled 4,331.229 tons, up 54.1% over the 2810.692 tons in January-October 2016.

China AMT ammonium metatungstate export volume was 91 tonnes in October 2017, a decrease of 57% from the previous month. Meanwhile, the export volume of AMT ammonium metatungstate from January to October 2017 totaled 1,394 tonnes, up YoY 52.5%.

In October 2017, China's tungsten carbide exports were 432 tons, down 8.67% from the previous month. From January to October, China's tungsten carbide exports totaled 4791 tons, an increase of 27% over the same period of last year.

In October 2017, the export volume of tungsten powder in China was 146 tons, up 29.2% from September. From January to October, China's tungsten powder exports totaled 976 tons, an increase of 7.85% over the same period of last year. In addition, in October 2017, the import volume of tungsten powder in China was 18 tons, an increase of 5.88% from the previous month.
