Cemented Carbide Nozzle Applications:
 
Cemented carbide nozzles are mainly used to cool the teeth, flush mud and clean the bottoms of wells when working on tools such as PDC bits and roller bits for oil and gas drilling. Cemented carbide has a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. In particular, its high hardness and wear resistance remain basically unchanged even at a temperature of 500 ° C. , Still high hardness at 1000 ℃. Cemented carbide is widely used as tool materials, such as turning tools, milling cutters, planers, drills, boring tools, etc., for cutting cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics, chemical fiber, graphite, glass, stone, and ordinary steels. It can also be used for cutting Refractory materials such as heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, high-manganese steel, and tool steel. Carbide nozzles offer economical and longer service life when inevitable ground handling and media used to cut abrasives (glass beads, steel shots, grit, minerals or cinders). Traditionally, cemented carbide is the material of choice for cemented carbide nozzles. Carbide nozzles are widely used in surface treatment, sandblasting, painting, electronics, chemical processes and other industries.
