I need to have quality certificate for my goods. Can you supply it?
The quality certificate is supplied by email or fax after shipment of your order. It is issued for each batch indicating the chemical composition and sizes of the products you have.

Can you arrange shipment and quote the freight?
We have our own shipping agent and can arrange shipment to all the major cities around the world. Please send us your order content and port name, we will offer you the shipping cost and shipping period.

How’s the delivery time?
For most orders, we need about 15-20 days for production and another 7-10 days to arrange export procedures and internal shipment. So it will take about 20-30 days before we send the goods to you. And if we have stock for the goods you need, the delivery time will be sooner.

What’s your payment terms?
Payment depends on your order amount. For trial orders and orders no more than USD8000, the payment is by T/T 100% in advance. For bigger orders, we need to get 30% deposit by T/T and balance 70% by T/T after shipment by sea/ before shipment by air. And for very big order, we can also accept payment by irrevocable LC at sight.

I need a part/tool made of tungsten/molybdenum/tungsten carbide/tungsten alloy. Can you quote me the price?
We can make parts/tools as per customers’ requests. You need to supply detailed drawing with all dimensions and tolerances, material grade (or application/purpose of the product if you are not sure about the grade), estimated order quantity etc. Our technician will check the cost accordingly.

What’s the difference between black surface, polished/machined surface and ground surface?
Usually there’s a graphite cover on surface of the material to protect the material not be oxidized. Such material is produced without any further surface processing, we call it “black surface rod/plate”. And after we remove the graphite cover by polishing or machining, the material look silver luster and we call it “polished/machined rod/plate”. For some special purpose, we need to get very accurate sizes for the material, then we process the material with grinding machine.

I want to buy tungsten carbide product, how can I choose the correct material grade?
Now we have over 100 different kinds of tungsten carbide grades. You can tell us chemical composition of the material you need and we can confirm the grade for you. And if you’re not sure about the chemical details, you can tell us the application/purpose of the parts/tools/materials you need, our engineer will choose the most suitable grade for you accordingly.

Do you supply samples for free? How about the sample shipment?
For small pieces samples that we have in stock, we can supply for free, but for special parts made as per your drawing, you need to pay for both the sample and mould (if any). And we do not afford the shipping cost for samples. You can send us the airfreight by T/T, or supply your international express account number (such as UPS, DHL, TNT or FedEx) to collect the freight.

Can you supply full price list for your tungsten and molybdenum products?
Most of our products are manufactured as per customers’ special requests, so the price depends on the detailed material composition, sizes and order quantity you need. You can send us details of the products you need and we will calculate the cost specially for you.
