Before Sales Service:
1. Answering consultation from users. Supply professional service to users about the material grade and everything about our materials. Choose the most proper material to produce the customized products. 

2. According to uses' drawings and samples we calculate the best price. 

3. Clarify everything you need to know when you do business with us.

Q: Can you supply full price list for your tungsten and molybdenum products?
A: Most of our products are manufactured as per customers’ special requests, so the price depends on the detailed material composition, sizes and order quantity you need. You can send us details of the products you need and we will calculate the cost specially for you.
Q: Do you supply samples for free? How about the sample shipment?
A: For small pieces samples that we have in stock, we can supply for free, but for special parts made as per your drawing, you need to pay for both the sample and mould (if any). And we do not afford the shipping cost for samples. You can send us the airfreight by T/T, or supply your international express account number (such as UPS, DHL, TNT or FedEx) to collect the freight.
