Evaporative coating refers to a crystal film deposited on a solid surface by evaporating a substance by heating. When the resistance evaporation coating machine uses a tungsten boat (W boat) for silver plating, it needs a strong power to make the silver change from a solid state to an evaporated state, so the silver material is often splashed out of the W boat, which will not only cause the waste of silver material , and also make the workpiece black and yellow and other invalid states. If the power of the tungsten boat is not increased, the heating time of the silver material in the tungsten boat will also cause the effective workpiece to be burnt and cannot be used. In view of the above problems, the following will introduce the improvement scheme of the W boat of the resistance evaporation coating machine.


The improved structure of the tungsten boat of the resistance evaporation coating machine includes the base of the workpiece frame, the base of the workpiece frame is provided with an evaporation electrode rod bracket, an evaporation electrode rod is connected between the evaporation electrode rod brackets, and an evaporation clamp is arranged on the evaporation electrode rod. A tungsten boat is arranged between the two, which is characterized in that a molybdenum wire is wound on the tungsten boat.


The baffle main rod is connected to the evaporation electrode rod bracket, the baffle main rod rotates on the evaporation electrode rod bracket, the baffle main rod is fixedly connected with baffle support ribs, and the baffle support ribs are fixedly connected to the upper baffle and the upper baffle. The plate is rotatably connected to the evaporation electrode rod bracket through the baffle support ribs and the baffle main rod. Preferably, an upper support rod and a lower support rod are respectively provided on the baffle main rod, and an upper limit rod and a lower limit rod corresponding to the upper support rod and the lower support rod are respectively provided at the ends of the evaporating electrode rod brackets. When the rod is rotated until the upper support rod is against the upper limit rod, the upper baffle is covered above the evaporation electrode rod bracket; when the main baffle rod is rotated until the lower support rod is against the lower limit rod, the upper baffle is separated from the evaporation electrode rod bracket. cover up. Preferably, a lower baffle is fixedly connected to the evaporation electrode rod bracket, and the opening of the lower baffle faces the upper baffle.


The advantages of this solution are:

  1.  The added molybdenum wire can effectively prevent the silver material from splashing out of the tungsten boat, saving raw materials, and at the same time ensuring the coating quality of the work piece;
