Tungsten carbide is a class of materials widely used in drawing dies because of their superior strength, toughness, and wear resistance.
Tungsten carbide punches and dies, well supported and properly aligned, are satisfactory for blanking and punching. Good ferrous and non-ferrous wire is drawn through a series tungsten carbide dies in a process of elongating and reducing the wire's diameter.
 
Recommended Grade for tungsten carbide dies: YG6, YG8, YG6X, YG8X, YG15, YG20C, YD40, YD45 etc.
 
Our company has in its possession an advanced production line for manufacturing dies and moulds and a production line for post machined cemented carbide products. We have kinds of standard or nonstandard model blanks with plus or minus tolerance and plus or minus high tolerance We can also supply tailor-made products of various specifications based on the requirements of our customers.
