Molybdenum manufacturer, exporter, supplier and distributor from China.
Molybdenum Copper high performance composites are fabricated from carefully controlled porous molybdenum that is vacuum infiltrated with molten copper. This results in a MoCu composite that has high conductivity and a matched low thermal expansion for heat sinks.
TZM is an alloy of molybdenum with small amounts of titanium and zirconium added. It is made by arc melting and casting or by powder metallurgy technique. We have all kinds of TZM Molybdenum alloys for your choice. It is used for extrusion dies, boring bars (for rigidity), nuclear applications and heat exchangers. This alloy is noted for its high hot strength and is useful in hot die applications.
Molybdenum alloys contain Titanium and Zirconium, was developed to exhibit greater tensile strength than pure moly. It also has a higher recrystallization temperature of 1425 deg C. Applications for TZM Moly alloys resemble Molybdenum but produce products that may exhibit greater service time. TZM Machined Arc Chambers are used for Ion Implantation and other Semiconductor Products.
In some cases molybdenum may be considered advantageous to use precision machined pure tungsten, molybdenum has better machinability when compared to tungsten. Because of the ability to be easily machined, pure molybdenum gained widespread acceptance for use as ion implantation arc chambers and heat sources in the ion implantation process, and use in molecular beam epitaxy and MOCVD devices. It is also used in sputtering targets and backing plates for sputtering.
Appearance: Silver gray metallic luster. This product is made with Fmo-1.The impurity content accords with GB3462-82 standard Used for making lighting sources parts, high temperature shields, boats high temperature container etc.
More molybdenum is consumed annually than any other refractory metal. Molybdenum ingots, produced by melting of P/M electrodes, are extruded, rolled into sheet and rod, and subsequently drawn to other mill product shapes, such as wire and tubing. These materials can then be stamped into simple shapes. Molybdenum is also machined with ordinary tools and can be gas tungsten arc and electron beam welded, or brazed.
Molybdenum electrode is used for glass industry. Molybdenum can serve a long life in glass solution at 1300℃. Also used in the fields of rare earth industry. We can make different kinds of molybdenum electrodes as per your specifications.
Appearance: It is covered with graphite. After removed graphite, it is metallic luster.Density: 9.8g/cm3 Purity: Mo 99.95% Specification: Dia 3.17mm Length: 310m max Unit weight: 25kg
The major use for molybdenum is as an alloying agent for alloy and tool steels, stainless steels, and nickel-base or cobalt-base super-alloys to increase hot strength, toughness and corrosion resistance.
We manufacturer Molybdenum Wire for redrawing for Lamp filaments, mandrel or support application. The molybdenum wire purity is no less than 99.95%. Wire diameter varies from 0.11mm to 1.0mm(other diameter are also available upon request).
Molybdenum is one of the many refractory metals we use to make precision machined parts. Molybdenum, also known as “moly”, has a high melting temperature of 2620 deg C. It retains tensile strength at temperatures above 1000 deg C, exhibits a low coefficient of thermal expansion, and good electrical conductivity properties favorable to creating molybdenum components and assemblies for the electronic, semiconductor, and lighting industries. The lighting industry has long favored molybdenum for its ability to retain a glass-to-metal seal very similar to tungsten.
